Windy Lindy 2017, Wellington NZ

Wellington’s 2017 Lindy Hop exchange was big! Gordon Webster, Michael and Evita, Anne-Helene and Bernard, Jean-Charles Joyss, Sylvia Sykes and Nick Williams. It was massive!

I tagged along with a number of Canberra friends. I didn't do a lot of photography during the event itself, but did shoot some documentary photos in the foyer while the dancing was in full swing on the Saturday night. I hope they capture the atmosphere and flavour of the weekend, as well as the enjoyment that was plastered across people’s faces. There were some good characters and great dancers.

The gallery below features these photos intermingled with some photos of Wellington I shoot through the week. The gallery is mostly black & whites film, with the occasional Medium Format, and a few splashes of colour.
